What data we collect

We collect the following information when you use AdOps Auditor:

• –Your email address and account details, provided at sign-up.
• –Audit history: the campaign names you submit, the naming convention you define, and the audit results returned.
• –Payment information processed by Stripe (we never store card numbers directly).

How we use your data

Your data is used solely to provide the AdOps Auditor service: authenticating your account, running audits, storing your audit history, and processing subscription payments. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Third-party services

AdOps Auditor uses the following third-party services to operate:

• –Clerk — user authentication and session management.
• –Supabase — database storage for audit history and saved conventions.
• –Stripe — subscription billing and payment processing.
• –Anthropic — AI-powered audit analysis via the Claude API. Campaign names you submit are sent to Anthropic for processing.

Data retention

Audit records are retained for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
